Today we will be doing a nature hike around the church and plant identification to take pictures of. We will also be discussing creative meal ideas for camping, proper items to bring and Grubmaster duties and tips.

Hello Troop, we have opportunities for community service coming up with Operation Christmas Child. You can help out this worthy cause and pack out small Christmas boxes with items for kids in Brea and also earn community service hours. There are multiple upcoming dates in the evening available from 6 - 10pm: 12/10 and 12/17. Calling all Scouts! Are you ready for a "Rockin" good time with Troop 1613?! Sign up now and don't miss out on our campout to Joshua Tree National Park 1/9 - 1/11/26! We have a group site reserved at Indian Cove campground near huge rocks and boulders that were formed by volcanic activity millions of years ago. Please turn in your permission slips and $40 (that includes camping fees and food) no later than 1/5.    

Save the Dates 4/24 - 4/26! The annual Canyons District Camporee in 2026 will be a Top Gun themed event called Top Gun Flight Camp. More details to come in the early part of the year.
